Chat data: All messages (text and images) in Random Chat and Dating Chat, including guest user messages.
Usage data: Session timestamps, match history, swipe actions, online status.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide and improve the matching and chat services.
Moderate content and enforce community guidelines.
Investigate reports of abuse or policy violations.
Comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests.
Generate anonymized statistics (user counts, engagement metrics).

3. Chat Monitoring

All chats on the Platform are stored and may be reviewed by authorized staff when: (a) a user is reported, (b) automated systems flag suspicious content, or (c) required by law. We do not provide end-to-end encryption. This is a deliberate choice to enable moderation and protect users from abuse.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service providers (hosting, image CDN) who process data on our behalf.
Law enforcement when legally compelled (subpoenas, court orders).
Other users — your public profile (name, age, photos) is visible to matched users.

5. Data Retention

Chat logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days for safety and compliance purposes. Profile data is retained until account deletion. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data.
Correction: Update your profile information at any time.
Deletion: Delete your account and associated data.
Portability: Export your data in a standard format.
